Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, preparing the hotel for the next day, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct nightly audits to balance financial transactions and ensure accuracy
  • Prepare the hotel for the next day by completing tasks such as restocking supplies and preparing rooms
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Manage hotel room inventory and process guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Operate Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of quality and service
  • Manage all bills and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries, and organize Back of House areas
  • Follow all food safety, licensing, and health & safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Support other crew members and follow direction from crew leaders
  • Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
Requirements
  • High energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with people
  • Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus)
