Discover International is seeking an exceptional Director of Cancer Therapies Development to lead our cancer therapies development initiatives. This role offers a competitive salary of $200,000 - $260,000 per year.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing our cancer therapies development strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our company's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Therapy development: Lead the development of innovative cancer therapies, including small molecules, biologics, and combination regimens.
  • Regulatory guidance: Provide scientific leadership and support for regulatory submissions, including INDs, NDAs, and BLAs.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Present scientific strategy and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacology, biochemistry)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cancer therapies development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful cancer therapies development programs from discovery through clinical development.
