Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Property Inspection Specialist to join our team at People By People. As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, compiling detailed reports, and ensuring that our properties remain in good condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections to assess the condition of properties prior to tenancy, during tenancy, and at the end of tenancy.
- Compile detailed reports of property inspections, including photographs and notes.
- Communicate with tenants and landlords to discuss any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Liaise with our Property Managers to ensure that maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Mediate between landlords and tenants to resolve any disputes related to property condition or maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within Residential Lettings is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to compile accurate reports.
- Highly organized and able to manage a busy diary.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident and professional demeanor.
- IT proficient, with experience using MS Office and other general packages.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a full-time salary of circa £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience. We also offer comprehensive training and professional accreditations, as well as a range of benefits and rewards for our staff.
