About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical expertise and input to the care of patients within our hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical expertise and input to the care of patients within a CHG hospital.
  • Support the pharmacy department to deliver an excellent medicine management service to all customers.
  • Supervise junior staff members in the delivery of the medicine management service.
  • Assume responsibility for specialist clinical services as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm).
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist.
  • Postgraduate clinical diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years registration and 2 years within a hospital environment.
