Clinical Pharmacy Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at the Queens Medical Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in a surgical specialty setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in a surgical specialty setting
* Assess and minimize the risk in medication processes
* Participate in a rostered weekend and bank holiday rota
* Support the on-call pharmacists through the senior pharmacist back-up rota
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

**Requirements**

* Diploma/MSc in clinical pharmacy or other appropriate post-graduate qualification
* Wide previous experience (post-registration) in hospital pharmacy
* Experience of working within surgical specialties
* Strong planning and organization skills
