Key Responsibilities:- Housekeeping Operations: Assist in the day-to-day management of the Housekeeping Department to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise housekeeping staff and provide guidance on best practices to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct regular inspections to ensure health and safety compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory and optimize cleaning supplies and equipment procurement to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Customer Engagement: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations and effective communication.
- Operations Expertise: Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning products to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Service Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling purposes to support departmental operations.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development within The Reach.
