Head Housekeeper Job Description
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as Head Housekeeper. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel. This is a hands-on role that involves not only overseeing the housekeeping team but also actively assisting with room cleaning to ensure our guests receive the highest standards of service.

Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing a team and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate the housekeeping team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
