Job Title: Recycling Operative

Location: Livingston Designer Outlet

Shift Pattern: 5 days per week, Wednesday to Sunday

Reporting to: Cleaning Manager

Hourly Rate: £ per hour

Main Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out cleaning and recycling duties in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to the site's cleaning and recycling specification. This includes segregating waste into the correct streams, communicating with the grounds team, and ensuring a smooth operation.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, interact with members of the public, and carry out cleaning assignments as designated by their Line Manager.

They will also be responsible for maintaining a sound communication channel with their Line Manager, Site Management, and team members, as well as adhering to the Company's Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous industry experience in a similar role
  • Physical fitness to stand, walk, and carry out manual duties
  • Effective communication and professional skills
  • Ability to work well with others and inspire respect and confidence
  • Attention to detail and flexibility
