Job Title: Recycling Operative

Location: Livingston Designer Outlet

Shift Pattern: 5 days per week, Wednesday to Sunday

Reporting to: Cleaning Manager

Hourly Rate: £ per hour

Main Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out cleaning and recycling duties in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to the site's cleaning and recycling specification. This includes segregating waste into the correct streams, communicating with the grounds team, and ensuring a smooth operation.

Key Duties:

  • Carry out cleaning and recycling duties in accordance with the site specification
  • Segregate waste into the correct streams
  • Communicate with the grounds team to ensure a smooth operation
  • Interact with members of the public and provide excellent customer service
  • Carry out cleaning assignment responsibilities as designated by the Line Manager
  • Liaise with the Line Manager, Site Management, and team members daily
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with the client and others on site

Person Specification:

  • Previous industry experience in a similar role
  • Physical fitness to stand, walk, and carry out manual duties
  • Effective communication and professionalism
  • Ability to work well with others and inspire respect and confidence
  • Attention to detail and flexibility
