Sr Stock Management Position - Vertical Advantage

Vertical Advantage is seeking a seasoned Sr Stock Management professional to lead our stock management team across multiple production sites. This role offers a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving, making it ideal for a collaborative professional who thrives on detail and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock movement across production sites and maintain safety stock levels.
  • Develop and share material forecasts with suppliers.
  • Oversee monthly stock recounts and reconciliations across production sites.
  • Lead and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and co-packers.
  • Lead and support the development of your team.

Requirements:
  • Graduate calibre or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in a planning role within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Team management experience
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Proficient IT skills, with SAP knowledge being a plus.

What's On Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £62,000 per annum.
  • A hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office).
