About the Job

This exciting opportunity requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hotel is kept safe and secure overnight, providing a warm welcome to guests and visitors, and delivering great service whilst on duty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute timely and efficient morning call service as directed by management.
  2. Deliver exceptional service to guests by serving drinks and light refreshments during the night according to their requests.
  3. Anticipate and respond to customer needs to enhance their overall experience.
  4. Prepare conference/board rooms to meet company brand standards and function requirements.
  5. Conduct regular floor safety checks to identify potential hazards and report any incidents to management immediately.
