Care Assistant Opportunities

We are recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the clinical team to support medication management, assessments, care plans and care reviews.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of Care Assistants to ensure excellent resident care and support
  • Support the clinical team in various areas such as medication management and care planning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment for our residents

Salary and Benefits
