Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all project management aspects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead risk assessment activities and manage risk management, identifying and mitigating potential threats to project success.
  • Collaborate with the business office to develop the project business case, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Define necessary requirements for product development, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Report project status and ensure progress aligns with the plan, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues as needed and manage project change controls, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with global teams in engineering and manufacturing within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and be accountable for project budgets, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Maintain global liaisons with customers and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' leadership experience in regulated project environments, with a proven track record of delivering customer-facing product development projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive decisions independently, with a strategic thinker capable of executing priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven in demanding environments, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial understanding, with organized time management and administrative skills.
  • Experience in Agile Project Management preferred, familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, with a technical or commercial background in Engineering Manufacturing a plus.
