Business Process Implementer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Implementer to join our team at SystemsAccountants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing Finance and HR systems within complex business environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the selection and implementation of new Finance and HR technology (ERP and HCM) and collaborating with stakeholders to map core processes across Finance and HR workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the selection and implementation of new Finance and HR technology (ERP and HCM)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map core processes across Finance and HR workstreams
  • Develop and implement business requirements for the Finance and HR system
  • Produce high-quality documentation to aid the RFP process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of implementing Finance and HR systems within complex business environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Salary Range: £500pd - £550pd (outside IR35), depending on experience
