About the Role:

We offer a hybrid working environment, requiring on average 3 days a week from our Leeds or London office for collaboration and team meetings. This balance ensures you have the flexibility to work remotely while staying connected with your colleagues.

The successful candidate will lead strategic customer onboarding and drive business growth by managing day-to-day projects, liaising with clients, and improving processes.

Key responsibilities include overseeing large and complex customer implementations, mobilising and motivating teams, ensuring project success, and communicating effectively.

Deliver excellent service, training, and support by conducting post-implementation reviews, identifying and implementing improvements for better efficiency, and working closely with global and local teams for seamless project delivery.

Project management qualification (PMP, APICS, etc.) and proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello) are highly desirable skills.
