We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at a specialist secondary school near Guildford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective occupational therapy services to students with SEMH, ADHD, and other SEN needs.

This part-time position is permanent, ideally for 3 days per week, allowing the successful candidate to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a positive impact on the lives of students. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a strong multidisciplinary team delivering targeted interventions according to Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed practices.

About the Role
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students with SEMH, ADHD, and other SEN needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
Requirements
  • Registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist
  • Member (or eligible for) of the RCOT
  • Previous experience working with children and young people with SEMH and other SEN needs
  • Desirable: Experience working within an educational setting
