About the Opportunity

Fortescue Zero is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Lead to join their rapidly expanding team in Kidlington. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring 40 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will oversee and deliver Organisational Development programs, principles, and practises to foster leadership development and talent growth across the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Foster leadership development and talent growth through Organisational Development programs, principles, and practises.
  • Develop power BI dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders and people systems team.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of employee surveys through high-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Support leaders to analyse survey data to assess employee sentiment and engagement trends.
  • Use data visualisation tools to create clear and informative data narratives and presentations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Implement Fortescue's D&I plan and conduct assessments to identify gaps in diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Collaborate with new and established diversity employee working groups and provide guidance and advice as required.
  • Develop learning resources and facilitate workshops on diversity and inclusion topics.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct diagnosis to identify organisational challenges and opportunities.
  • Recommend evidence-based interventions to enhance organisational performance.
  • Partner with the people team and mid-level managers to align OD projects with organisational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Organisational Psychology or an Organisational Development related field.
  • Experience designing and delivering organisational development interventions and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops.
  • Deep knowledge of organisational development principals.
