Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - SEN

Job Description:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. Your role will involve creating a safe and engaging learning environment, helping students to develop their skills and confidence, and supporting them in achieving their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a level of understanding about childcare and special education, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible and adaptable in your approach.

Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated at £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Others:

This is a temporary and long-term contract, working full-time hours from 8:45 am to 3:20 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only).
