Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at LV Recruitment Ltd in Bristol. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through the development of strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess market trends and communicate effectively with the sales team
- Actively engage in closing large opportunities with the sales team
- Create and manage the sales budget
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Manage CRM activity
- Drive performance to meet revenue expectations
- Conduct monthly pipeline reviews with each sales executive
- Review all bids to be submitted to customers on behalf of the district
- Participate in joint sales visits
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience
- Driving license
- Contract negotiation experience
- Structured and organized approach
- Proficient in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Teamwork mindset
Our client offers an exceptional development program and works closely with employees to ensure they develop long and rewarding careers. You will be offered excellent training and support and will be part of a close-knit team.
The basic salary for this position is up to £40k with an uncapped OTE and a car allowance. During the first 18 months, you can expect to earn an additional £12k - £15k in commission within year 1-2 and then continue to grow on this YOY.
