Moon Executive Search is seeking a senior candidate to lead our client's new business unit, responsible for driving growth and innovation in the training and learning sector. The successful candidate will have a track record of driving growth and will offer up-to-date technology knowledge and understanding of the impact of digitalisation and AI on the training sector.

The ideal candidate will be able to directly influence product development, client relationships, and new business opportunities. They will lead a team that sells blended in-person and online courses, and will constantly horizon scan new opportunities around innovation, products, and trends.
