Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at LV Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess market trends and communicate effectively with the sales team
  • Actively engage in closing large opportunities with the sales team
  • Create and manage the sales budget
  • Weekly sales meetings
  • Manage CRM activity
  • Drive performance to meet revenue expectations
  • Monthly pipeline reviews with each sales executive
  • Review all bids that are to be submitted to a customer on behalf of your district
  • Joint sales visits
  • Weekly coaching sessions
  • Quarterly performance reviews
Person Specification:
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience
  • Driving license
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Be structured and organised
  • Be proficient in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Teamwork mindset
