We are seeking a highly experienced Pastry Chef to manage our pastry section and contribute to the success of our culinary team. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry dishes for our members and guests.
  • Managing a team of pastry chefs and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing and implementing new pastry menus and recipes to meet the changing needs of our members.
  • Collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that our culinary standards are consistently high.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the pastry section.
