About the Role

Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our Orthopaedics team at Rivers Hospital. As a key member of our theatre department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our surgeons during operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert scrub nursing services during orthopaedic surgeries, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs

• Work closely with our surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures

• Maintain a safe and organised theatre environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols

Requirements

• NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions

• Significant scrub nursing experience in orthopaedics, including surgical first assist qualifications

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently

• Flexible and positive attitude, with a warm, considerate, and empathetic character
