Are you a skilled and experienced theatre nurse looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our Orthopaedics team at Ramsay Health Care UK.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced theatre nurse to join our team as a Senior Theatre Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in orthopaedic theatre nursing and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the theatre team in delivering excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and support the theatre team in delivering excellent patient outcomes
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the theatre environment to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment
- Collaborate with the theatre team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Participate in the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics including but not limited to hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty and anterior cruciate ligaments
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
