Chartwells Schools is seeking a dedicated Nutritionist to ensure the smooth operation of our medical diet program. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing nutritious and safe meals for students with specific dietary needs.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to create customized menus, manage allergy information, and provide support to parents, pupils, and colleagues regarding medical diets. You'll also contribute to training initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop a diverse range of medical diet menus tailored to students with allergies and intolerances.
  • Maintain accurate allergy information and ensure adherence to FIR regulations.
  • Address daily inquiries from parents, pupils, and clients regarding medical diets.
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items.
  • Deliver comprehensive medical diet training programs throughout our schools.
  • Participate in meetings with parents and clients to discuss medical diet provision.
  • Manage sensitive pupil allergy information confidentially and effectively.
  • Review and update policies and procedures related to medical diets.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with an accredited BSc or higher degree in Nutrition.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience working with individuals with allergies and intolerances is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with nutritional guidelines and dietary regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
