Mental Health Support Worker Lead Role

Charles Hunter Associates is recruiting an experienced Mental Health Support Worker Lead to provide support to vulnerable adults in our Community Mental Health Team.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Providing assessments, risk assessments, and support plans for service users;
  • Writing reports and conducting face-to-face visits;
  • Efficiently managing your caseload to meet deadlines.

This role is part of our team's mission to promote the wellbeing of vulnerable adults and provide them with the necessary care and support.

About Your Background:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least two years of experience working as a social worker;
  • A degree in social work (Degree/DipSW/COSW);
  • The capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of care;
  • A valid UK driving license for local travel.

Compensation Package:

The estimated hourly compensation for this position is £18.00.
