Care Home Operations Role
At Advinia Care Homes Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Unit Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting staff to deliver care in line with Advinia's care principles and values alongside resident's care plans. You will promote personal choice and independence while ensuring that residents receive the highest standards of personal care and attention appropriate to their needs.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the person leading the shift in each unit, completing their role, and coordinating support between the units as required. You will also support with medication management and administration in line with company policy across the units, roster staff efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring resident needs and statutory requirements are met, and minimize agency use. Furthermore, you will effectively communicate with senior management any relevant information about the running of the units and between the units of the home to ensure smooth operational delivery.

The successful candidate will have a valid PIN registration with the NMC, a suitable leadership qualification, and previous experience within a management or leadership position within a Residential Care Setting. You will also possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, proficiency in computer applications and recording systems, knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices within a care setting, and a compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for residents. Additionally, you will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. You will receive an estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum salary, depending on your experience and qualifications.
