We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs to live independently in their own homes.

Our clients have spinal cord injuries or complex physical disabilities, and they require support with personal care, domestic tasks, and social activities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enable them to live fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting with domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Assisting with social activities, such as outings and hobbies

You will work on a rolling rota, with assignments typically lasting 2 weeks. You must be flexible and reliable, as continuity of care is essential for our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £805 per week, plus accrued holiday pay and a Nest Personal Pension account. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career with Active Care Group, with support and guidance from our qualified clinical and business leadership teams.
