Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at JCT600. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every aspect of our customers' visits is catered for in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are courteous and professional.
  • Qualify and understand customer requirements, and advise customers of predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
  • Progress vehicle repairs through the workshop, utilizing effective communication with workshop control to ensure agreed vehicle completion times are adhered to.
  • Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email, and in person, and successfully convert these into firm bookings.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to keep them advised as to the progress of repairs and servicing.
  • Sell products, services, and repair work as appropriate to customers' needs, while ensuring all objectives are fully achieved.
  • Invoice completed work and take payments where required.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all departmental objectives and KPIs are achieved.
  • Utilize dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate data records.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills are essential, and experience of using databases would be desirable.
  • Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and under pressure.
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships.
  • A true team player.
  • A driving license free from excessive penalties.

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 OTE, dependent upon skills and experience.
