About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Audi in Lincoln. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every aspect of our customers' visits is catered for in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
  • Ensure the proper qualification and understanding of customer requirements, advising customers of predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
  • Progress vehicle repairs through the workshop, utilizing effective communication with workshop control to ensure agreed vehicle completion times are adhered to.
  • Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email, and in person, successfully converting these into firm bookings.
  • Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, text, or email to keep customers advised as to the progress of repairs and servicing.
  • Professionally sell products, services, and repair work as appropriate to customers' needs, ensuring all objectives are fully achieved.
  • Invoice completed work and take payments where required.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all departmental objectives and KPIs are achieved.
  • Work with a variety of dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate data records.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills are essential, and experience of using databases would be desirable.
  • Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and under pressure.
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships.
  • A true team player.
  • A driving license free from excessive penalties.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 OTE, dependent upon skills and experience.

  • 26 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days at 5 years' service and 30 days at 10 years' service (from 1st July 2022) plus bank holidays.
