**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team at Virgin Atlantic. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and initiate necessary changes based on a keen eye for business and in-depth analysis, ensuring that commercial, customer, and finance requirements are understood and documented for any required system or process development.
  • Deliver ongoing change to processes and systems, including UAT, to remove manual processes and increase efficiency within Refunds & Chargebacks and beyond.
  • Ensure adherence to fare rules and Virgin Atlantic policies while monitoring the Offshore team and finding opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce costs in all areas.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering small projects, with a focus on commercial and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Previous experience of working with and managing offshore suppliers, with a strong understanding of commercial and operational processes.
  • An analytical mind with an ability to manipulate large data sets and accurately draw conclusions, with a strong focus on commercial and customer insights.
  • Good MS Office skills and an ability to manipulate large volumes of data in Excel, draw conclusions, and identify trends.
