C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Junior Pricing Analyst to join their team in West Sussex. As a Junior Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the analysis of sales and pricing, ensuring competitiveness and achieving profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales analysis to inform price changes and optimize the online booking platform.
- Analyze competitor pricing to ensure market competitiveness and maximize profitability.
- Respond to price match and pricing queries, reviewing contracts and applying calculations.
- Analyze booking patterns to support commercial decisions in pricing holidays.
- Support in identifying system errors, user testing, and implementation of projects as requested.
- Load costings into the reservation system.
- Support with testing external data feeds into the reservation system.
Requirements:
- Experience in a yield, pricing, revenue management, or commercial role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing approach.
- Ability to learn new procedures and business disciplines.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize a busy workload and achieve set objectives and targets.
