About the Company:

Saab UK Ltd is a leading provider of defence and security solutions, with a strong presence in the UK market. Our Land Systems operating division is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts in the Land Systems operating division
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Ministry of Defence

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the defence industry
  • Strong understanding of the UK defence market and its key players
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience
