About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MRF Manager to join our team at Hexis Talent Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient running of our waste management and recycling facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our MRF, including controlling production input and output, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Direct interface with clients to assist with the resolution of customer concerns and build strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop and implement operational policies to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of MRF staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work closely with our commercial team to understand customer requirements and find suitable solutions to meet those needs.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in waste management and recycling. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current WAMITAB level 4 qualification and relevant machine tickets.
  • Strong commercial understanding of waste recycling and a knowledge of relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
