Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Electrical Site Supervisor/Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish performance and delivery criteria to meet client requirements
  • Liaise with the Contracts Manager and client on KPI development and implementation
  • Track and report works against project programme at Client/Main Contractor update meetings
  • Plan and manage all resources, including labour, materials, and sub-contractors
  • Work safely, ensuring the safety and well-being of yourself, colleagues, customers, and visitors
Requirements:
  • Clean driving license
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or time served as an Electrician
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, with a can-do approach to work and willingness to learn and assist
  • Attention to detail
