Electrical Site Supervisor / Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Electrical Site Supervisor / Project Manager to join our team at Michael Nugent Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of electrical projects across various sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish performance and delivery criteria to meet client requirements on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with the Contracts Manager and client on KPI development and implementation.
  • Track and report works against project programme at Client / Main Contractor update meetings.
  • Plan and manage all resources, including labour, materials, and sub-contractors.
  • Work safely, ensuring the safety and well-being of yourself, colleagues, customers, and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Clean driving license.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or time served as an Electrician.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a can-do approach to work and willingness to learn and assist.
  • Attention to detail.
