Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Cleaning and Infection Control Manager to join our team at Spire Washington Hospital.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in hospital cleaning and infection control to lead our housekeeping service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day housekeeping duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising staff to ensure effective delivery of housekeeping services
  • Managing key performance indicators related to cleanliness and infection control
  • Maintaining accurate records of housekeeping activities
  • Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for infection control and patient safety
  • Coordinating holiday and sickness cover for the housekeeping team

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments to promote a culture of excellence in patient care and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or healthcare management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets.
