Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Client Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and overseeing a team of Associates to deliver exceptional research services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality research services
  • Coordinate with Associates to execute client requests and projects
  • Provide training and guidance to Associates on best practices and industry trends
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to optimize client use of our services
  • Work with other Project Managers to provide industry guidance and support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • 4+ years of client-facing or account management experience
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Right to work in the UK

Skills and Qualities

  • Desire to work in a sales/lead generation role with a focus on KPIs and metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
