Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in employment support or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the local labour market and employment trends.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet contractual and quality standards.

Location: This is an office-based role, working in Bury St Edmunds.

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
