Teaching Assistant Position in Buckinghamshire

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
- Assist the classroom teacher in the implementation of lesson plans and instructional activities.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt materials to meet their individual needs.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supervise students during class and break times.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to assess and monitor student progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a relevant qualification in education or child development is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
