Full-time Teaching Assistant Wanted in Aylesbury

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic educational community in Aylesbury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support individual students or small groups with their academic and social development.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Contribute to the overall welfare and pastoral care of students.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of educational principles and practices.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time position, during school hours (08:30 - 15:30). 5 days per school week (Monday to Friday)

  • The role is based in Aylesbury.
