We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant at Hinstock Manor Care Home. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

About the Role:

  • Assisting with washing and dressing
  • Supporting with feeding and mealtimes
  • Getting to know residents' interests and needs
  • General housekeeping, including tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
  • Supporting residents' physical and mental wellbeing through activities

Working Hours:

  • Day shifts: 8am until 8pm
  • Night shifts: 8pm until 8am
