About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Healthcare Assistant at Springcare Care Homes Ltd.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and feeding
  • Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting and mobility
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their surroundings
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
