Job Description

Join Teach360 as a Learning Support Professional and make a real difference in the lives of students with challenging behaviour or SEN. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized support to help students succeed academically and personally.

About the Role

  • Work closely with teachers to design and implement behaviour support plans, focusing on positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.
  • Support students with emotional or behavioural challenges, using evidence-based approaches to promote resilience and confidence.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to inform behaviour support plans, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex student needs, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas for growth and developing targeted interventions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, with relevant postgraduate experience in behaviour support or SEN.
  • Proven track record of success in behaviour management, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies.
  • Able to work flexibly across multiple sites, building strong relationships with colleagues and families throughout London.

What We Offer
