We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Autism Support Worker to join our team in Sunderland. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to students with complex needs on the autism spectrum, helping them navigate their daily routines and develop skills for independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with students with autism, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement EHCPs.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to guide students effectively.
