Special Education Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Autism Support Worker to join our team in Sunderland. As a Full-Time Autism Support Worker, you will work closely with students with complex needs on the autism spectrum, providing individualized support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized support plans for students with autism.
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students, promoting engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement EHCPs.
- Implement behavior management strategies to guide students effectively.

What We Offer- Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
