Sales Progressor

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our dynamic team at Homewise Ltd. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing all transactions through to exchange and completion within required timescales.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating solicitors, estate agents, managing agents, customers, and investors to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Providing excellent customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Managing chain and internal and external stakeholder expectations throughout the process
- Maintaining detailed file notes throughout the course of the transaction
- Recommending suitable incentives to ensure exchange deadlines are met
- Working with our solicitor to improve productivity and processes problem-solving throughout the transaction
- Chasing part-exchange cases and forecasting weekly and monthly exchanges
- Proven work experience as a sales progressor, with a minimum of one year of experience
- Confident and competent in using Microsoft Windows applications, including Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Approachable and helpful nature, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
