Sales Progressor

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our dynamic team at Homewise Ltd. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing all transactions through to exchange and completion within required timescales.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating solicitors, estate agents, managing agents, customers, and investors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing chain and internal and external stakeholder expectations throughout the process.
- Maintaining detailed file notes throughout the course of the transaction.
- Recommending suitable incentives to ensure exchange deadlines are met.
- Working with our solicitor to improve productivity and processes problem-solving throughout the transaction.
- Chasing part-exchange cases and forecasting weekly and monthly exchanges.
- At least one year of experience in Sales Progression (essential).
- Experience in Estate Agency (preferred).
- Confident and competent in Microsoft Excel (essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
- A good level of numeracy.
