Sales Excellence Specialist

The Sales Excellence Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales training programs that improve sales performance and drive revenue growth. This role will work closely with our sales team and business subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sales training programs that meet the needs of our sales team.
- Work with our sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
- Ensure that all training programs are aligned with our sales strategy and goals.
- Measure the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our sales team and business subject matter experts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject such as education, business administration, or finance.
- At least five years of experience in a corporate or business setting with at least two years working in a sales organization supporting sales teams and sales leaders.
- Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
- Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create momentum and foster engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of internal staff and management.
- Competence in process development, execution, and administration.
- Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
