Job Summary:
Cera Care is seeking a skilled Field Care Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our carers provide exceptional support to our clients, promoting their dignity, respect, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor carers to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure client needs are met.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote client well-being and independence.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Identify and address any care-related issues or concerns.
- Provide training and support to carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a care leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of care standards and regulations.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
